14 door handles to be replaced (7 Doors) - Round Doorknobs (pictured) and latches to be removed, new handles & latches to be installed. All parts new and boxed ready to be installed. Utmost care to be taken with white internal doors.

I have four sets of french doors that leak in heavy rain at their meet point and under the door.

Replace hinges, align door and put door back on cupboard

There is a gap at the bottom of the doors when the double external doors close. This causes rain to enter.

First door requires repair to the handle. The timber that holds the screw threads has eroded, and the handle is now pulling out. Second is a sliding door that is getting stuck. Likely just needs some form of lubricant, but it may be that the timber has gotten wet and expanded.

Take oyster light fittings down for me to clean and put back ( will need long ladder. Replace 4 window locks

The hinge has been dislocated from my wardrobe door. Needs to be put back in.

We have Stegbar louvered aluminium windows installed in the rear room of the house facing the garden and at the side of the house. Under heavy rain we are getting water ingress along the upright spines of these windows which appears to be due to the rubber seals hardening over time.

Collect 2 glass sliding doors from Liverpool warehouse, install in Mosman and dispose of old doors. Replacements are identical size 1810 x 2100

Two (out of 3) door hinges to our laundry cabinet door have broken. Need someone to fix it back in. The nail holes may need some sealant in it.

Hi. I have a pair of concertina screen doors. One works fine. The other one I can’t close and the cords at the top seem loose. It’s years out of warranty. See photo.

The glass door of the shower cannot be fully closed; even if pushed shut, it automatically opens slightly, leaving a gap.

Pool door has become dislodged from its wall sockets due to natural wear and tear (probably older than 10 years). Needs to be re-drilled.
