1. Bathroom Door Issue The bathroom door swings inward past the toilet and adjacent wall, creating such a narrow space that it is very awkward, sometimes impossible to close the door from inside. Possible solutions could be changing the direction the door swings to outward, or creating a cavity sliding door. 2. Toilet will not flush - pressing the button does not help. Toilet previously had an issue where it was running constantly and that was fixed.

The metallic door between the front garden and backyard has detached from the wall and needs to be securely reattached. Photos are provided for reference.
