I need a cat door installed

I have two second hand canvas blinds for summer, I just need someone to fit them to brickwork and verandah frame work for me please. The one with capping to fox to brick work is fairly simple I think. The other one that I’d like fixed to steel verandah may be a bit trickier as only one side has support post to clip to but the ither side doesn’t so I need a ground anchor fixed to the concrete and longer strap of some sort that doesn’t have much give it in it so it won’t flap around too much. It only came with two brackets for overhead I think (?) as per photos but none for the bottom eg need two brackets to fix it to ground/post. Blind won’t come all the way down either, maybe 70cm-1m shorter. Hope that all makes sense.

Need to fix a dog door to a an external wooden door. I will buy the dog door from Bunnings or any suitable one suggested.

Basically just need to cover that cabinet on the left. The trough will be left as is. There was a door on that cabinet but it has fallen apart and can’t be put back in. I need to find a solution so that it looks better whether it be putting another door in or making it an open shelf. It just needs to look decent enough and useable for tenants.

I need my outdoor pavers pressure washed as soon as possible. They wrap around the back of my house plus my driveway.
