reply from handyman who visited the property Checked automatic door, chain has come off the cogs, appears several teeth on cog under motor are worn and may need replacing. Attempted to re-install chain, tensioner appears to be siezed also. Suggest having a garage door specialist do a maintenance on the door to rectify.

Split spring on roller door, as seen in photo, requires replacement.

There are 3 windows which are sliding down type with spring loaded mechanism. Those do not close fully anymore. Please check photos and let me know if you need more information.
