Old fashioned door lock (bottom lock) is broken for French doors / needs to be replaced. The lock(s) will need to be sourced by you. Seal for chimney glue needs to be re-glued to ceiling (with silicon?)

Fix two old door handles so children can open and close them (they get stuck). Fix our screen door to make it easier to open (gets jammed) Fix a sash window so it can stay open (cord is broken)

I need a bigger dog door inserted. This door is too small for my dog. I have been told as there is no white stamp in the corners the existing glass can be cut. Please supply and install the bigger dog door for a boxer. It is a fixed double layered panel of glass

My bathroom door handle is damaged and needs replacement

At my Airbnb, one of the bedroom door handles and bathroom towel rack has come off and needs to be reattached and tightened. Additionally, check the other door handles and tighten as necessary.

My living room has been divided to two rooms by a plaster wall. I’d like to remove over half the wall and the door but keep the glass panels above the wall ( as shown in picture) - the wall is 5.2 m

The door no longer lines up with the strike plate - either realign door or put in longer plate

Our front door is sticking, ideally you’d shave the top and fix the locking mechanism. Also our screen door is not closing properly. We have an ikea shelf that needs hanging into brick exterior wall. We are looking for a builder to give us quotes on fixing our back door that’s moved.

Install a dog door in single pane glass front door. The existing glass pane is 1840mm (H), 660 (W). Exact measurements to be retrieved by contractor. The dog door can be supplied by contractor or I can purchase the one attached. Proposed budget excludes the actual dog door supply. Dog type is Cocker Spaniel, therefore a S-M size is fine. Specification: Transcat Large Pet Door for Cats & Small-Med Dogs - For Installation in Glass Doors & Windows. Attached is view of front door and the position the dog door is to be installed. Somewhere central and at bottom of door. The current door has a privacy frosting, if the entire pane is replaced, it's fine to do with clear glass and I can add privacy screening again as needed.

1. Door opens fine 2. Issues with closing, gets stuck at the top, then i have to help it roll for maybe 60cm, and then it beeps and closes itself.

Kitchen cupboard door has broken. One section has slipped out of another. Needs to be reconnected (glued screwed?).
