Fixing leaking tap and replacing or fixing lock on front door.

Re coil / replace wire on electric garage door. ( I’m assuming that’s the only issue)

Pocket door is still on its track and opening and closing - but is not smooth - and jams a little in one spot all the time. It is also very wobbly when fully closed. I suspect the rear roller may be loose. Likely to need someone to remove some door trim to get access and adjust door. Location: Northgate 4013 -- Best days to access - Mon, Wed or Fri.

I have lost the remote control for my garage door. The door is locked but can be opened from inside. Only entrance is through a lattice panel installed above the top of the roller door. This panel needs to be removed for access and repositioned after the door responds to the lever on the control box which will open the door. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 26 October 2022
