Come to site. Set up saw horses etc. cut down door 15mm at bottom. Rehang door (just screw in the hinges). With the right tools it’s 30 minutes work. Don’t need it painted. Have a Danmar garage door, installed 2019. Don’t have a user manual. Seems the motor/control unit needs to be reset. Recently it started flashing the main light 5 times after closing, and flashing a red letter A at all times. But still seemed to be working fine. Like an idiot I tried resetting it myself by semi-randomly pressing buttons; now it is not operating at all - but still has power, lights). Would also like the whole garage door to be inspected for any other issues, and any required general maintenance performed. Would like this done soon, but am flexible about day/time.
