External widow frame is weather damaged and needs replacing

There is a sliding door to the bathroom which has been (a bit) stuck for years. It can still open and close fully but it needs to be really pulled and jiggled around to do so. Location is Point Lonsdale Ideal time is between 17 and 18 Dec. I think something in the wall has moved and it’s dragging on something. Would love to get this fixed before christmas. If something more is needed like a new door or parts then I am happy to cover costs. - Due date: Ideally before Christmas.

I have ordered a new stacker door to be installed in the exisiting opening where there is currently a sliding door system. See attached dimensions of the door. Will require -Existing door to be removed -New Door to be installed (as it is a stacked door, the overall width of the door is greater by around 80mm.
