We have a custom wall in our backyard with tiles. Has been fine for circa 10 years, but some of the tiles at the bottom have come off. I need two kitchen cabinet door hinges repaired and/or replaced and rehung. In one case, one of the hinges has come unfixed from the anchor-points and will likely require the hinge to be re-installed in a different position on the door. In the second case, one hinge has snapped and needs to be replaced. Both pictured.

The dog door is a 40cm circle, I believe the cut needs to be at least 5mm smaller than this. In a single glass pane in my window. Obviously I need to clear my garden on other side. Have disabilities and need this for my assistance dog quite urgently but at an affordable price. Am also on the NDIS if anyone else works through there.
