The dog door is a 40cm circle, I believe the cut needs to be at least 5mm smaller than this. In a single glass pane in my window. Obviously I need to clear my garden on other side. A bathroom ensuite sliding door has come off its rail/hinge. The top of the door has a metal slot that a screw attached to the above rail slots into (see pics). No doubt a simple way to fix but I’m not sure what that is. Need a builder/handyman familiar with such jobs to fix please. Could be a 10 min job, hence offer for $50, but happy to pay more should it be a bigger job than that. Can inspect and decide.

I have an audit from a fire contractor that did not provide photos of the 3 doors. I need photos of the 3 fire doors including door handles. Part of the frame of the bathroom door has warped / expanded due to moisture contact. As a result, the door can't be closed. I am looking to get that expanded part to be shaved off and repainted, so the door can close.

1) Door frame around screen door needs repair. 2) Door hinge needs repair / possible replacement. 3) Repair to gate lock.
