Need 1 x entrance door hung with Philips easy key smart lock installed. 7 x internal doors hung with handles installed. All doors, hinges, handles, locks are supplied. Doors will be pre painted. All doors are 2040x820x40.

Need 1 bedroom door replaced along with the trimming.

Supply and install front and rear security screen doors. There is existing security screen doors but they are dated. Dimensions of existing doors: Width:863, Drop:2079, Lock Side:RHS, Lock Height:1050 Width:810, Drop:2083, Lock Side:RHS, Lock Height:1050

As you can see from photo, sliding door is jammed. Think the wheely thing / bracket is old and need new ones. Happy to pay for the new parts. Just really need someone to unjam it and get it working so it doesn’t jam!! Don’t know price so can negotiate!

Install large size dog door into screen door.

Remove roller door install sliding door and complete interior lining and trim around the door inside and outside

New carpet has gone in and 3 doors need the bottoms trimmed so the doors can operate without rubbing on the carpet. Requires taking doors off and putting back up once trimmed maybe 10mm

Need some help to hang a heavy ikea mirror and coat rack and fix some window opening mechanisms

Need handyman to install shelves on existing metal strips in two areas on mezzanine (Have pulled down from another retail area). BUT Between 4-6 of the longer shelves need to have grooves cut / be notched out out to fit storm water drain downpipe and HVAC ducting. See photos of downpipes in this listing. No notching required on other wall - just need cutting to size. We have L Brackets with ledges as well as screws to suit both widths of shelves We will move all items that are sitting in front of the strips to allow clear access. Shelves currently at back of property, where cutting can take place. Plenty of space to work We can provide help moving finished shelves to area of install (up one flight of stairs) if absolutely needed. Ideally done on a Monday. Not urgent. If job is successful, likely lots of other work to follow. Must have experience with hand tools, strip shelving and brackets. Located in Virginia, indoors.

One of the front double doors is a bit saggy and needs to be fixed.

Our window smashed during the storm and we boarded the window up temporarily to stop the weather coming indoors. When we removed the board half of the window trim came with it.

Our sliding door was getting stuck as it was too low so I attempted to fix it but one of the tracks has now fallen off in the wall. Need someone to please fix this We also have some other small handyman jobs I’m happy to discuss, like fixing loose door knobs etc.

Need a few cupboard hinges repaired, I have a few replacement hinges at home. Some of the hinges screws that are holding have become loose over time in the wall so may not require a new hinge.
