1.Remove existing seals Replace leaking shower door seals -small bathroom in an Apartment. 2. Replace door rollers/runners for balcony sliding door 3 picture hanging x 2

Install a front door frame and door - door / frame and hardware is on site and ready to go Access is easy - ground floor apartment

Fit dog door to patio sliding door, all parts supplied

Remove door handle that has damaged screws (I.e. the Phillips head inlay is worn down) and install new door knob

Bathroom door needs trimming so it will fit. Recent bathroom reno means the tiles are slightly higher than the old floor. Approx 5mm to be trimmed off the base.

Drilling picture frame brackets into wall and hanging up. 9 frames in total. Outdoor clothesline to also be drilled into the wall.

Unfortunately this came out and it’s not staying stuck - needs to be fixed properly
