The lock of my living room screen door got stuck and can’t open it. Also the bathroom window screen keeps popping and I have used tape for now but I think it just needs to be screwed to the frame permanently to avoid popping out. My room screen door feels too fragile, wobbles a bit.

This wooden trim/windowsill in the dining room of my house in Robina has rotted a bit due to moisture. Termite inspectors have confirmed it is not damage due to termite infestation, so just needing this to be fixed/replaced so that it is watertight and rectified. Can anyone assist? :)

The remotes used to work fine but just randomly it’s stopped, managed to get it to work once out of maybe 6 attempts, have 3 remotes to try and wall button, the motor has lights on and they flicker when buttons are pressed but the door doesn’t move.

Gap at the bottom of sliding door is allowing water to fill the sliding door runners and leak inside. Looking to have this sealed with sycaflex or similar waterproof sealant.
