Hi there The middle panel of an exterior bifold door has stopped opening, possibly due to humidity over the weekend. It locks and unlocks from the inside so don't think that's the problem. I think I cracked the wood slightly trying to force it open so reluctant to try again. I am having a lounge delivered on Wednesday and will need this open for access. The price is for a call out and happy to pay $50 cash if you can open it.

Front door glass panel had shattered. Panel is mounted in the center of door with metal frame. Need to replace the glass or the panel and reseat it in the door. The door is otherwise fine.

We have a wooden roller double door that has come off its track. Can be fixed manually by lifting and putting back in its place but continues to happen, so needs proper fixing.
