I have a toilet that "sings" (high pitched noise) when flushed. Also need help re-hanging folding sliding door. Not urgent at all.

Birds make a hole on exterior wall above windows and below 2-storey eaves; affected hole to be cleaned up, and fit / replaced with piece of matching timber.

The storm has caused some leakage in our home. 3 windows are not fitted properly or has degraded & water is seeping through and overflowing over socket of the sliding window. May need a window sealer? There is also a leakage in our ceiling. Happy to renegotiate the price. Thanks.

One of our sliding doors got damaged please replace. We have the door it needs to be shorten slightly so need power tools. Cut through metal. Grind down screws then cut metal then cut to size. Thank you

Install a pre-purchased pet door into a hollow core door. I have no tools to offer to complete the job, except a tape measure.

We need a door framed and hung. We have materials for frame, door, hinges and handle. Gap fill frame so near and tidy and ready to paint. The door is solid core timber and designed to be cut to size. Area is approximately 1800mm high and 800mm wide.

I need to move an assembled outdoor BBQ literally half a metre to ensure pool fence compliance (where the plant on left in picture is). The sliding door to the bathroom has come off it’s hinge and the hinge is broke , so the door cannot be closed or opened properly.
