Old door frame needs replacing.

I need to have a door buzzer removed from the external wall. It is currently not operational but is hard wired to mains. I just need it safely disconnected and removed.

Need a dog door installed into the bottom window pane of attached photo. The glass may not be suitable for cutting into but I’ve been told it can be done and may need to have a replacement window pane if it cracks?
