My living room window has a small leak and requires sealing. Access to the window is difficult as it is high and above stairs so a ladder or required.

External front door has fallen off hinges, I have tried re screwing however the screws just keep spinning and now the door has completely come off. It’s a rather heavy door so I can’t hang the door on my own.

We have a solid wood door that needs to be cut down (both length and width) and installed to replace our current front door. We also have a new electronic lock that we would like installed at the same time. Unfortunately our current builder has gone MIA and we are left with a bunch of half finished tasks. We are hoping to get someone who is punctual, has pride in their work and is efficient. The door is a blank from bunnings and has already been purchased as well as the smart lock.
