Need an electronic door handle installed, from start to finished working order, without damage to handle. Door will need to be cut and jam preferably a carpenter with experience. To be upfront because of previous air taskers doing terrible jobs then making excuses I will not pay for a hack job. But if you do a professional job of course more than happy to pay.

Sliding cavity door roller has broken off the top of the door. Door needs to be taken out and a new roller put on and door replaced.

Window is off its hinge and needs to be fixed, also the mechanism to make it open and close needs to be repaired

The front gate is sticking as is an external door. A sliding door has come off its track. The laminex baseboard to the dishwasher has come undone and needs to be fixed. The dishwasher door is also sticking.

Attach doors to cabinet (concealed hinges) Just a flatpack cabinet but cannot get the hinges on to save myself!

60x60cm standard glass. Bars need to be taken off for install, but shouldn’t be difficult, previous glazier did it quite easily with a machine he had. Clean up and reinstall of bars required.

I need help changing over 2 x bedroom door handles (without a lock) to similar handles (with a lock). I have completed part of the job, just need assistance installing. You will have the right tools needed. The issue I am having is the new door handle circular part is not flush with the door - it juts out and therefore the door handle cannot be fixed securely/tightened well and the screws barely reach through. It seems perhaps the door needs to be cut on the circle part - I hope this makes sense in unison with the photos provided. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you ☺️

Create an internal 'window' in my kitchen that looks into the dining room. The wall is made from brick. I have posted a picture of my current kitchen, and two reference photos from similar works completed in another apartment in my building.
