Need someone to drill a Eufy Security Camera Doorbell into wall. Have included a picture of the wall (rendering?) and the screws included with the doorbell. BYO equipment required.

I wish to have a new screen installed onto my screen door as my cats have clawed through the current one leaving a hole. Along with the new screen I need a cat door installed into the screen in order to reduce the likelihood it will happen again. I have most things needed in order to complete the job:- New screen, spline roller and ‘Petsafe’ Pet Screen Door. All the rain and wind seems to have exposed a leak between my balcony door and doorframe. I have managed to fix the gap inside the room where the water was coming in but still need to find the outside leak as there is water leaking through the lock hole drilled into the doorframe. The balcony is a small Juliet balcony but will fit a ladder. I have attached photos as best as I could take them. I can work from home most days so have some flexibility.
