We need 2 fly screens made and installed into windows in our apartment. Measurements are roughly 117 x 87 and 1 cm deep. They would also need a flap to access the window/ lock. We’d need to measurements taken prior to ensure the right fit.

I have three wooden doors to repair in my house. They are mounted on floor and ceiling pivots. The first has cracked around the handle/lock when the door slammed shut in the wind. The second has cracked at the ceiling mounting point (again probably caused by slamming in wind). The third has slipped out of alignment and the lock latch will no longer engage with the door frame strike plate. I would like doors to be repaired/adjusted so as to be operational. I will paint the repaired doors. Please advise how you would repair the cracks in the wood so that they would hold strongly.

One of our internal doors is not shutting properly and need a slight trim on top. A handy man with wood trimming tools to fix it. Also we have 2 glass fencing for stairs left over (1.18m* 1.14m). It is parallelogtam shape. As we don't have space to keep them we want them to be removed from our home. Up to you to use it or dispose it. (As I have a backage can not help u to lift and load on your vehicle, bring support if you need)

I need a skilled handyman or tradesperson to trim the bottom of 2 aluminum doors (Double Door) to create a 25mm clearance between the doors and the existing wooden floor. This is to accommodate new carpet and underlay being installed. The doors are made of extruded aluminum with glass inserts, and I want to preserve the glass. There are NO deadbolt latchs at the bottom of the door. The bottom of each door needs to be cut/planed down evenly, ensuring smooth operation after trimming. Please bring appropriate tools for cutting aluminum (e.g., aluminum saw, planer for metal). If you have experience working with aluminum doors and can handle precise trimming, please provide your availability!

Hang a painting to concrete/ metal wall. All material provided but hammer drill may be required. Attach stopper to bottom of door.

Please see photos - door (the stationary part of a door set) was forced open which split the wood at the top where the pin that holds the door shut goes, and ripped out the deadbold receiver. Need both fixed so door is reasonably stationary.

3 of my outdoor celling are broken that need to be replaced or fixed. The size of celling is about 1.2*2.4m. One of the celling definitely need a replacement and rest 2 may can be fixed by Gyprock. I checked the material of celling and seems like it is cladding board. I found that in Bunnings as shown in below photos. So need help to purchase at least cladding board as I don't have big enough vehicles. Much appreciated if also can help to re paint the celling.
