My door fell off as the timber surround had rotted so I need a new vertical surround piece supplied and installed onto the brickwork and then I need the door fixed to this surround with new hinges. It’s just the surround piece of wood that is required 2.4m in length see photos. I need you to supply all required items, screws, hinges, glue if required etc.

I need a doggy door picked up from St Kilda (Real Estate Agent) and fitted in an apartment on Fitzroy St, St Kilda. They currently have the same doggy door that is broken and needs replacing. This is the photo of the doggy door that is to be picked up. You are to replace the broken one at the apartment (or just replace the flap from the New one and keep the old housing still there). My kitchen and bedroom windows are leaking and the caulking/sealant has come off. I have purchased the sealant.

1. Fix the bathroom door - the door is on a slight angle as the screws have come out of the latch, however the tread is no longer there. i need to put something inside the thread so the screw has something to tighten against. 2. Straighten / tighten the toilet seat
