Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.

Inspection of Heavy Glass sliding doors need wheels replaced. Doors are 2.5m square (not sure weight, but needs more than 2 people to lift off tracks. I believe the single wheels need double wheel replacements to deal with the weight better.

My bathroom’s bi-fold door has come off the runner. The metal runner appears to have warped a little but could be tapped sufficiently back into line for the door to be functional. Door not heavy. I can lift by myself so a one-person job. Need someone Saturday morning to be finished before 11am. The timber sliding door in the bedroom has come off. Not clear if the door tracks are damaged or bent, but the door is dislodged and can no longer slide easily across. It's for the built in robe. Second sliding door (the front one) is still working fine. See photos for more detail.
