2 bathroom doors need door handles replaced Small outdoor deck roof that sits over doorway needs a coat of paint.

Sliding door is not closing properly. There is a gap. It looks like that it has fallen off a hinge of some sort at the top and is slanting - this leaves a gap when closed to dog door and if dog door is removed.

Kitchen under sink cupboard door needed new hinges (old one broke) that have slightly different alignment. Potentially new holes need to be drilled to perfectly align door with the rest of the cupboards. Only a couple of mm/cm gap but new hinge can’t be pushed back any further (see pics).

Bifold door repair and service. Not smoothly open and close need to lift some time and one hinge may be make problem.

We need a hand to block the light that is coming through from some windows in a bedroom that we use as an office. Please see the photos attached. We have purchased the blackout fabric that comes with circles to stick it to the window. We are looking for someone with a ladder who can measure and cut the fabric and then stick it to the windows (there is one on each side of the room as per the pictures).
