Outdoor tiles get a little slippery for kids after rain. Appear to have been etched before but perhaps needs a second coat of Grip-It or similar. adjacent to bifold doors and fake grass lawn. Approx 5m x 5m area. Do not have materials (but happy to pay for them as needed).

A buffet unit was delivered with slightly uneven doors. Likely due to just a little pressure in transit. We need someone to drop by and adjust the hinges using standard screws on the hinges. The unit has soft-close doors and the hinges are adjusted via a Phillips head screw. This moves the doors in and out - up and down. Just need to play with the combinations to ensure the doors sit flush. Images attached. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 June 2023
