Need handyman to install shelves on existing metal strips in two areas on mezzanine (Have pulled down from another retail area). BUT Between 4-6 of the longer shelves need to have grooves cut / be notched out out to fit storm water drain downpipe and HVAC ducting. See photos of downpipes in this listing. No notching required on other wall - just need cutting to size. We have L Brackets with ledges as well as screws to suit both widths of shelves We will move all items that are sitting in front of the strips to allow clear access. Shelves currently at back of property, where cutting can take place. Plenty of space to work We can provide help moving finished shelves to area of install (up one flight of stairs) if absolutely needed. Ideally done on a Monday. Not urgent. If job is successful, likely lots of other work to follow. Must have experience with hand tools, strip shelving and brackets. Located in Virginia, indoors.

Our sliding door was getting stuck as it was too low so I attempted to fix it but one of the tracks has now fallen off in the wall. Need someone to please fix this We also have some other small handyman jobs I’m happy to discuss, like fixing loose door knobs etc.

Need someone with a power drill to unscrew door hinges (painted closed, can't remove with handheld screwdriver), remove door from frame, help move queen-size bedframe into room, then re-attach door to frame. Should be quick! The bedframe isn't too heavy, will slide on the floor but door needs removing to be able to fit it through the doorway. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23 December 2023

Kia Sportage 2013 needing a bit of fixing. Has two minor bulges on driver's door where car rolled back a foot to a wall and door copped a dent (please see photos on job listing). Door opens and closes perfectly so alignment is fine, just needs a little tinkering to get it straighter if possible. Scratches down passenger side panels (as per image) and on drivers mirror which we would love to fix.

The glass sliding door to my patio feels difficult to move and makes noise when trying to slide to open and close. - Due date: Flexible

I need a door adjusted so that it closes correctly and a handle installation. I installed the door myself but can’t get it to close properly. It will close and appears to have clearance around the door but will spring open once you remove your hand. The second photo shows where it spring open to. Price is for adjusting the door and whatever is required to do so(trimming the side etc). Plus installation of a handle. For this you will need the correct drill pieces. Please only make an offer if you have done this before and have the right equipment. I don’t want someone who is just going to give it a go. The dog chewed and tore apart the door jamb on an external laundry door. It is a standard external timber door. Need to repair/replace the door jamb - Due date: Before Friday, 17th Dec 2021
