Reprogramming electric garage doors with two doors and two openers. We have the remote controls, but since one was lost, we need to reset the system and reprogram all remotes using a new frequency. The openers are currently working, but we want to ensure the lost remote can no longer be used to open the doors.

Bathroom door is rubbing against the top and making it difficult to shut and open. I have already tried tightening the hinge. This will likely require filing the door from the top and side. Also door paint if side needs filing. Happy to organise an inspection.

Door not latching therefore require re-adjustment to the strike plates with the latch. Total 3 doors so roughly should not be more than an hour job

Our front door has come off the jamb. Its a metal door jamb and what looked like to be pop rivet screws through the hinge into the door jamb. Not sure whether this can be fixed or i need a new door jamb?

We just installed new carpets and the room doors need trimming to I think about 5mm to 10mm so it will fit. Also, we are replacing the side sliding door lock. It's a bit tricky to install as the two sides are not well aligned and needs a little adjustment on placement. Attached are the pictures.
