The Top latch has broken off inside the lock frame, see blue circle in Pic. I have taken the lock apart but can't work out how to fix it. Hoping someone can repair or replace. The house is a rental property, and the Tenants will be home on Monday 16 Dec.

Fix my garage door, looks like the metal ropes are off from its rail and once of the brackets snap hence it can open and close properly.

I need fixing on two roller doors, the first one seems to have an issue with the wheels, the wheels might be off from the rail or potentially break hence opening and closing aren't smooth. The second one is having issue with its lock, it's stuck and won't open. I'm happy for you to come and have a look first.

My Fridge door has fallen off, fridge works fine but seem to have a lot of issues with the door. Need this door frame fixed and new door hung. Bottom of the wooden frame has rotted a bit. I will pull door off and sand frame back before the work starts. Will need new door. Installing lock excluded from work

The garage door is stuck. It seems all caused of by a couple of wheels which not turning. And can clearly hear squeak sound from the wheels and the rail. The motor is working fine.
