We are vacating a property and we need a plain bedroom door to be hung with a door handle fitted. No painting required. Door probably needs to be planed 10 mm on long edge. For someone experienced with doors probably an hours work. Though I’m no expert. Happy to discuss Job is urgent can also allow access in evening. The door motor is spoilt needs replacing. Is an old motor mounted on wall so may need some modification with newer Motor

8 internal doors need to be shaved and reinstalled after new hybrid floors were installed. Doors are all labelled as to where they belong. 2 additional pantry doors are new so need shaving and hardware installed- we have saved the hardware from the old doors and it is all on the shelf in the pantry (hinges, handles and closing clips). The main bedroom to bathroom door is a replacement door- it is not new, it was removed from the walk in robe. It should be the right size (may need shaving) but will need the hardware changing- the hinges from the old door are on the bathroom counter. Vintage door to be hung in wooden frame. Stop needed. Chippy job. Must be done before 29th July. Woodvale.

The door has dropped and hitting on the other one badly. I need someone to fix the issue and paint it. Please see attached pic.

Two beams are coming off their hold on the vertical frame. I think at minimum, the beams may need refastening. Probably need replacing and painting. I leave that to your recommendation.

1) Replace sliding glass door runners - Take door off and go to Bunnings to pickup correct runners. Come back and install them. 2) unbolt a basket ball ring from the wall (4 nuts) 3) take a TV off the wall
