Looking for someone to come out for a more accurate quote / to check it’s possible to replace very old skirting boards and 4x old doors.

1-2 people for 3 hours help combined. Majority Outdoor cleaning work. - Scrub/sand outdoor dining table - Clean the 3 x white pots plants - General wash of front outside wall - Wash the ledge the bbq sits on - Clean underside of white bearers for wisteria - Clean and rehang the kitchen light - Clean outdoor mirrors - Remove, Shake and clean 2 sisal rugs - Demould pavers near entrance - Replace 12 outdoor chair covers - Put up wire to replace pink string (if time) - Clean Cobwebs outside mirrors/walls - Replace indoor sofa covers - Check water fountain (it works but when water drains it make a noise) - Check water irrigation works

Sliding bedroom door (not cavity) won’t stay on its runner and also jams very easily. Need a repair to this issue please. Ideally one morning this week if possible.

There’s a crack in the sliding door for our downstairs toilet so need door replaced please. Open to offers

Cavity sliding door is coming off the rail mounted to the wall (at top of the door). It jams and comes off the runner. No photos as nothing to show. Require work done between 8am and 11am this week preferably.

My folding sliding door has come off its tracks need to repair this

1. Attach IKEA Songe mirror 91cm x 130 cm to wall 2. Unassemble PAX Mehman sliding door panels and replace with Auli (mirrored) panels. 1 door only. 3. Unattach newly installed PAX wardrobe (2 x 500 x 54 x 201), remove architraves and cut to size, cut hole for power points, reattach to wall. 4. Unattach 2 x IKEA Gneby (installed together) book cases from wall, remove architrave and reattach bookcases.

Re-align door hinges so that the door closes

The glass sliding door between kitchen and laundry is stuck. Most likely it is a track/alignment issue. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 February 2024
