Closet wooden floor under carpet has water damage caused by leaky shower and has caused damage in the laundry room floo

I had a plumber come recently and flip up a panel of floorboards in my office floor which splintered the wood. He went over the splintered area with wood putty but it is the wrong colour. I would love someone who knows what they're doing to come and replace or stain the filler depending on what would give the best result.

Hi, I am moving out of my place in a couple of weeks and want to restore /fix an area (<1m2) of the wooden floor in my living room that has been inadvertently damaged through the tenancy. The floors polyurethane coating has worn off and it would probably require sanding, a new coat and a polish. Ideally I just want this area treated (vs redoing the whole floor). 1. The door closer attached to the security door is improperly secured. The upper bracket appears detached, and the closer is hanging loose. The issue needs to be fixed to ensure the door functions properly. 2. To repair our wooden side gate, which has become loose and damaged at the hinge area.

The wooden legs of the chaise support have bent down and now the support will not stand up straight. Need someone to help fix the legs.

Sliding doors in hallway have been taken off rails + painted. Doors now need to be returned onto the rails, and new guides (purchased) need to be installed into the new vinyl floor to assist with sliding. Queen bed: I've inherited an old wooden bed, slats need replacing due to warping. There's a Bowens timber yard closeby who can cut to spec, you need to have the tools to assemble a sturdy foundation eg industrial stapler for webbing. Fine to discuss, supply photos + measurements if needed so everything is ready + waiting for you. Hi, looking to open a wooden door that has closed itself in the house. The handle does not turn properly so cannot open the door (it’s not locked just can’t turn handle to open). Repair Double Cylinder Deadlatch for front wooden door strike plate. Door was forcefully opened so it broke from the frame. Preferably a locksmith or qualified handyman to repair it. Strike plate is missing/lost. Will require a new one. Parents are pensioners were on a budget.
