Small amount of yard work Front small strip (only 1 side as the other side is artificial) (plus the neighbours as they always do ours) the other side just needs a few weeks removing. A small bush tidy in the driveway, not massively overgrown, just a bit untidy. Outside the back artificial grass, but the beds need a bit of a weed and the sides of the artificial grass need a weed. Again nothing massive just don’t have time to do Can do anytime this week, have access to the back.

Fairly large lawn that needs mowing and line trimming every 2 weeks, as well as some paths and decking that need pressure washing. Yard has lots of tree cover including palms, enough to fill 2 green bins per fortnight. Request is to spend 2-4 hours maintaining and improving the property each fortnight. I have approximately 500M2 block that needs some TLC. It's mostly grass and also dried dirt. I need it mowed, raked, garden beds tidied up a little (there are two).
