Clean 100m2 of composite decking. Pressure washer unable to be used unless turned on very low due to composite nature of deck. Has black marks from furniture etc that need to be removed as part of it. All items on deck will be removed prior so deck will be ready to go. Last time it took about 4 hours (using scrubbing). We had a new composite deck installed in 2022. We had an umbrella base anchored to the concrete underneath the deck, with the umbrella top sitting on top. The weight of the umbrella is bowing the composite deck that it sits on, so am wanting a larger hole drilled so it isn't sitting on the deck, but through a hole. Sorry, it's hard to explain without seeing it. So ideally I am wanting someone who is experienced with composite decking I stalls.

We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We would like both the Bluckbutt timber and the treated pine frame to be replaced. We are replacing exactly as it currently is (Same dimensions, Same timber). The cats are very good escape artists so needs to be top to bottom completely secure with a strong mesh wire, preferably with a gate to be able to go into the garden as we also have dogs.
