Borrowing speakers and deck for a party 3-9 pm

I need a raised structure built to extend paved area around pool and then a timber decking boards seat built up to fence. Pool level varies from about 300mm to 500mm from ground so can be concrete ser timber posts in ground up to frame and then sheets of fibre cement on frame and then pavers on fibre cement. Flexible grout between pavers and then to fill gap to fence idea is to have seat 300mm wide seat 400mm above tile level with operable lid to store pool toys. Will use blackbutt 160mm boards for seat to match deck. I have the pavers (600x600x40) - need to extend pool surround to inline with skimmer which is 7 pavers on a raised timber frame and then build a timber seat to fill gap between end of pavers and fence (about 400mm wide by 5m). Also need to extend 7m of fence line by 600mm if interested - same lapped pallings as rest but stand alone frame screwed into top of current fence might be easiest.

Sand and Stain Merbau Decking Approx 8 meters square. Ground level. LED lights pop out to protect them. Last done 24 months ago. Photos attached. Task to sand, apply deck clean and apply 2 coats of Merbau Decking Stain. I can purchase/will supply the deck cleaner and stain so please quote without that cost. Be great if you can supply any other tools / brushes etc. Happy to be flexible on time for multiple visits if easier while drying over a few days etc

Repair of timber stairs at the front deck of the rental property.

Renew..light sand and restain deck with sun fading .5 x 7 mtrs by 20th Feb. Price excludes materials

Re Oil the front deck and possibly back deck

I have a number of decks (4) that need a re coating of sikkens decking. I have 160m2 in total around our home in car port, around pool and around our 2 story home. You will need to bring your own applicators. I have given the deck a good wash. I have the sikkens Cetol Deck here for 1 x coat, will need 2 coats around pool and exposed stairs near carport. Would prefer someone experienced to ensure a smooth and clean job. Updated pics attached. Already washed/cleaned and ready to start!

Engineering for a second storey deck. DA already approved

Adding to a house a kit double carport with engineering plan and back deck 7 by 3 with roof . No building plan available only site plan. Need someone in person to come to the property to take measurements .

Three main areas. Area 1 front enterance approx. 7m × 2m. Area 2 front pathway appox. 5m x 2m. Area 3 back deck approx. 12m x 7m.

I need someone to pull down/demolish a deck extension. Also need the balustrade on the top removed and reinstalled on the new deck edge. All materials to be just laid neatly and left on site. Two new deck posts to be cut at the base.
