After the two recent rains, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in a bedroom on the ground floor of our two-story townhouse. Directly above the ceiling is the balcony on the first floor, which is an open area. We need someone to inspect and identify the source of the water leak, fix the issue, and re-plaster the ceiling. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I made a hole in the ceiling to investigate, and it appears the water is dripping directly above the hole.
