We have an apartment in Toowong and are replacing the carpet with hybrid vinyl planks (in living area + hallway). We have already removed the carpet and have all vinyl planks in the unit - thought that we could attempt a DIY job but require assistance with the installation. Roughly 32m2. $600 or best offer, thank you :)

I will provide the floor boards. Your quote should include carpet removal/disposal and floor boards installation. Must be a Contractor with insurance so I can provide documentation for body corporate approval.

Removed the skirting to install flooring. There’s a bunch of damage, mostly torn plaster/pains and depressions or holes and nail holes. All the skirting is gone. I need it patched up with plaster and about 35m of new plain skirting board installed and painted.

Pest Control+ Carpet Cleaning for a one bedroom apartment, in Brisbane City

Hi, Need some skirting boards replaced and a corner section that runs vertical up the left hand side of picture replaced. I am looking to carpet at some stage and want these parts fixed. The corners are rubbish and have disintegrated. Need the whole vertical one that goes up from the floor to the roof on the left has come loose and needs replacing (in addition to the corner section). Location is Sherwood Road, Toowong. Happy to have 1 x inspection and then 1 x installation (or all done on one day is fine as well). I want the product to be supplied and installed. I can take handle any rubbish. No need for replacement boards to be painted. 1. The vertical board is roughly 240cm long and 75mm by 44mm. 2. The skirting board on the corners is approximately 90mm x 55mm (each; very small sections on two corners to be replaced). 3.
