I need a floorinstaller for installing timber floors in my dual story house (ground+1st floor). Total floor area approx 226 sqm. Timber panels will be supplied by me, only installation required. Ground floor to be glued down and 1st floor floating installation. Skirting/scotia to be attached after flooring. No old flooring for removal.

I need to raise the bedroom floor by 10cm. Size of the bedroom is 5400x3400 Current bedroom floor is concrete. I just need someone to lay concrete over the current concrete floor to raise it.

We have timber floorboards that need sanding and polishing. There is unfortunately an area of 6 square meters in the living area is yellow tongue sheeting. We are looking for someone to match the kind of wood and add floorboards to the missing section, then sand and finish the floors overall. In total there is 59 square meters of floor to be sanded and polished including the replacement area.
