I would like someone to put together a power rack/all in one gym that has cable attachments (Force USA G1 - also known as F-X5), and cut 3 x 15mm thick rubber mats to fit the room. You would need to bring your own socket set. The kit comes with wrenches but a socket set would be quicker. Manual says it takes 2 to 3 hours to put the gym together, and people online agree that's pretty accurate.

My home gym cable machine feels like the cables are too loose. Each side feels uneven from the other, as though there's more tension on one side. It's overalll just not moving smoothly.

Assemble this new gym equipment still in boxes. After assembly take the cardboard packing away.

I have purchased a new squat rack that’s in a flatpack and needs to be moved from delivery spot at front of property to back (with assistance) and put together (rubber mat to be placed underneath)
