Fix a kitchen sink that is blocked and not draining

Our existing IKEA sink has cracked (see photos) and needs to be replaced. We have bought the same sink and is ready to be installed (IKEA HAVSEN). Need someone to remove old sink and install new one. Note the tap is not connected to the sink unit so unscrewing / rescrewing the drains to the new sink should be the extent of the plumbing work.

Kitchen sink is blocked. Plunger did not work. Cancelled previously and tried to fix it myself after taking advice from a rello who knows less than I do. Drano is not my friend. Need washing machine connected to under the kitchen sink in apartment.

Water from kitchen sink leaking into cupboard

My kitchen sink tap has come loose from the base, please see photos attached. Sink still works perfectly fine, just the actual tap is no longer fixed to the sink base.
