I am requiring a plumber to install a new kitchen sink mixer (supplied) and to also supply and install an insinkerator. The sink mixer is a Swedia brand and is already supplied and at the residence. The insinkerator would need to be supplied. I'm looking at the Evolution 200/250 model. The shelving under the sink will need to be adjusted to maintain storage, and drilling into the stone bench (40mm thick) for the button will be required.

I currently have a toilet that is blocked and is now somehow hampering the bathroom sink (same bathroom)from draining. When I turn the sink on, bubbles come up from the toilet water. No idea what's happened but I probably need a professional..

Basin mixer is dripping, we want to replace it and we've got the replacement. Toilet seat is also bidet, we want to replace it for a normal one and seal (put a lid) the pipe that now goes to the bidet.

Gutter pipe needs replacing due to rust-

Swap out an existing toilet that is working fairly ok but just a bit old. Have a replacement onsite - it's just a cheaper one from bunnings that should be a fairly direct replacement. There's no fancy covers or anything to deal with - just standard cistern on wall and I believe it's called a P-Type exit for the base.
