I need a small sink added to a consult room adjacent to a bathroom. I also need this sink to have hot and cold water. There currently is no hot water in this commercial unit. Outlets are all set up for it but I am wondering if an under sink electric water heater would be cheaper and easier to remove if I no longer rent this space. I have attached a virtual shot re under sink heater and a pic of the actual spot where I would like the sink to be added. I will provide the sink and the heater (unless you are able to get cheaper trade prices)

I have a leaking tap in the bathtub and would like the washer changed plus do the shower washer at the same time. It’s a bath / shower set up. I’d like this to be done this week. Hello! I have a fish tank that is inside the wall, you can access the tank from One side of the wall and it’a up kind of high, there is only a small gap to access top the tank. There hasn’t been any fish for a while so wanting to get the water out and it be cleaned. Would Need a small pump or I can help Sifon the water out through a hose out the window. Just bought a second hand fridge and it's creating a fair bit of condensation, dripping down and pooling under the vege crisper looking for someone to come and clean the defrost pipes and check if seals are working.
