Leaky copper pipe. Requires fitting a replacement pipe for hot water system as shown in picture. May require checking other fittings for any other leaker or replacement fittings. Thanks.

As part of regular upgrade, I am planning to get the bathroom shower rail replaced to a new one. Photo of current shower rail attached. Photo of new shower rail (to be purchased) is attached too. I’m also open to more ideas, hence I’ve not yet purchased the new shower rail. There are some more plumbing/ bathroom upgrade opportunities but we can discuss later. For now, let’s start with this task. New shower rail to be purchased and will be reimbursed.

Commercial salad bar. Leaking water from inside. Looks like it’s building up ice inside. Needs to be repaired ASAP.

Once the toilet is flush, the water is filling up the tank then the water starts running to the bowel.

Have brought a new dish washer, need to plumbed into the sink it’s all ready to go Qualified plumber only !

Water filling slow & leaking

Scope of work: Grouting and shower sealant needs to be fixed in 2 bathrooms as they’re showing signs of wear and tear & will likely require scraping out and replacement. Water leak from Shower screen of 1 bathroom (ensuite) needs to be fixed Please refer to attached pics for more details.
