We have small showroom that requires tiling. The area is flat and free of penetrations with good access. Tradesman to have good attention to detail. • Area is approx 14sqm. • Area is flat with carpet tiles in tact. Building approx 2 years old. Carpet tiles will be removed to expose concrete prior to works commencement. • Tiles will be supplied approx 600x600 recrectified edge. • Alluminium tile edge to be fitted at two door openings. • 2mm grout joints and expansion if required. • Skirting to remain in place • Apply tight black silicon bead to perimeter skirting/ tile. • Tradesman to supply black grout, glue and silicon and tools of trade. • Showroom has good external access to vehicle and water etc. • Site to be left clean and tidy free of defects to existing surfaces. • All rubbish to be removed. More photos available on request. A meeting will be required on-site prior to works commencement. Pls have photos of past works available using similar rectified edge tile. Job to be commenced and completed by February 28th. Job to be completed in working hours between 7am-4pm Mon-Fri. Weekends can be arranged on request. Feel free to ask any questions. Small shower in a bathroom that was renovated 7 years ago. Tiles seem to have had a ripple effect from one crack, to a number of cracks forming around the edges. I have spare tiles and very likely enough available for a re-tile. Looking for an experienced tiler/handyman with experience in tiles/showers/bathrooms to replace the tiles, a new grate with more flow and ensure water proofing is ok. I’ve put $100, and more than understanding this will not be $100. Happy if you were to quote for replacing the tiles with supplied, and a new grate please, and can discuss the rest after :) Thank you! :)

I want my outdoor stairs re-tiled (you can tile on-top of the current tiles or remove them). Sides to be tiled as well. Each step is 1090mmx350mm (except one of the steps is 440mm) Side of stairs: longest 1.9m, highest point approx 1m. We have selected the tiles already, but have not bought them yet. Hi all, We need to tile the laundry splashback, it is about 1.1 sqm. We already have the mosaic tiles. One wall is 1585mm X 620mm. We are okay doing the grounting.

For 2 showers, I need some parts of the shower floor and wall regrouted and sealed. 1 of my showers has a glass panel stuck to the floor with sealant which is coming off. I need the sealant to be redone. There is also sealant near the wall next to the washbasin that needs to be replaced. The color of my sealant near the basin is Magnolia. The colour of the grout is similar.

8 tiles have been removed and need someone to clean surface of glue and re-lay tiles back. Multipurpose tile cement will be provided along with 8 tiles

Bathroom floor and walls require tiling. Shower floor has a tray so no grade required. Tiles on site and waterproofing done.

I have partially stripped out my bathroom ready to renovate and retile , but have run out of energy. Remaining tiles to be removed are as follows Floor tiles 1.8 x 2 square meters Wall 1 - 2.1 m x 2m Wall 2 - 2.1m x 2 m Wall 3 - .8m x 2.1m You will need your own safety gear and all tools required to remove the tiles. Preference will be given to someone who can bring their own trailer to dump the tiles. There is a rubbish dump a 3 minute drive from my house and I will pay the dumping fee in addition to the tile removal fee. Pictures are attached-note I will remove and dump the shower screen prior to the tiles being removed.
