The door knob and locking system should be installed both sides of the door. Old knob and lock system is not working. Locking you in. So need to replace.

Just bought a new faucet and I want to install it

We're a charity shop with a pipe above the canopy causing pigeons to land. About 8 yrs ago, pigeons spikes were installed but they keep turning upside down so pigeons can now land on the pipe. We need someone with a long ladder to go up and secure the old spikes or install new spikes if necessary. Another solution is to descend a small net from the top of the roof on that side of the building (there's a sky-window nearby). We don't need an expensive solution because we'll have funding to replace the entire roof (the pipe will be gone) so this only needs to be a solution that lasts for 1-2 years.

Clear small cellar of rubbish (most will need taking to the tip) , box in the electric switch board and paint walls and floor with damp proof paint. Strengthen small stairs and paint Staircase.

Curtail rail has come off the wall on the top left hand side would like to get this fixed immediately.( Please arrive 330pm. ) Available Mon to Friday 330pm please

Master bedroom closet door requiring repair. This has been repaired previously but keeps dropping off and requiring repairs again (don’t believe previous repairman did a very good job). Thus I would require someone who is good at their craft and professional. It’s a sliding door. See pictures attached. Will welcome any alternatives as well that can enable smooth opening / sliding of the doors without another repair required.

I'm looking for someone to re-size a reclaimed glazed door and hang it in an existing frame. The door is 3cm too wide and also 5cm too short for the current frame. We are not actually going to use it as a door but as an internal window to let light into the hall. It doesn't need to open but hanging on hinges is probably the easiest way to install it. I need a tv removed from a wall and replaced with a new one.

Need a few things done 1. Two baby gates to be put up ( might need pc of wood to attach to wall due to awkward wall shape and it being stronger) 2. Put up wireless Camera outdoors. Estimated job under 1 hour.

Pretty much a container has somehow fallen and it’s lying on the ground. Which is obstructing it from closing properly. I’ve tried to take out the cupboard but I believe it’s screwed in or whatever. Landlord won’t help so just need someone with. Tool box. Idk I’m just a gorl

4 small ikea wall units, 1 small medical cabinet, 2 ring light arms and 1 mirror to be drilled onto my walls studio. All units built already. Pictures of what needs drilling provided.

Saw off bed head and sand down (just enough so it doesn’t have wood sticking it out - doesn’t need to look perfect). Frame may need tightening too, it’s a bit creaky.
