Hi We are a retail unit in Commercial Street E1. Our unit was previously a restaurant and has a commercial style, stainless steel dish washing sink unit which is not fit for purpose. We have purchased a replacement sink unit and food prep unit (see pictures attached) which will need to be fitted. As far as I'm aware these are standalone units, but will possibly need to be fixed to the wall. Assuming water will need to be cut whilst installation takes place, works might need to be carried out outside of trading hours. If it is not necessary to cut water to the rest of the unit, works can be facilitated at any time. There is usually a member of staff on site from 8am most days, but any time theoretically can work. Our trading hours are; 11:00-19:00 Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 Sat 11:00-17:00 Sun Budget quoted is estimate per hour. I look forward to a response. Thanks Lex
