The staircase handrails are stained and varnished but have not been done well. I need someone experienced to sand, stain and varnish the handrails to a better standard. There are parts of the handrail which contain filler, so some colour matching/blending is needed. The staircase is a single floor. I will supply the stain and varnish. The target is to have a uniform colour. The job will need the walls, handrail mounts and floors to be protected and the dust to be cleaned by your vacuum. I have built an IKEA PAX wardrobe that I would like somebody to come and give it a built in look. This will involve filling in the gaps on the sides of the wardrobe and also affixing filler panels to both the top and bottom of the wardrobe so that it looks like it goes all the way to the ceiling. I’d like wood battens to be jammed tightly between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling so that it has no chance of tipping over (we have kids). Also the wardrobe needs 2x screws and plugs to secure it to the back wall. It also needs levelling as it’s a bit crooked as you can see in the photos.

I have railway sleepers for the borders in my small garden and they need to be replaced with new sleepers due to rotting. There is also a bench made of the same railway sleepers that needs to be removed and replaced with a similar bench.
