Kitchen bin drawer runners (18 inch, 450mm) have ceased. I have tried to replace and reattach but not happy with the cabinet fit and the runners are not as smooth as the previous one’s so probably need a different set.

Replacing a rotten wooden doorstep for the back door out into the garden. I would prefer it be replaced with something durable like Sapele then painted white to match the original finish

I had an mdf wardrobe and bed built, then got it externally painted and internally varnished, however 4 months later the mdf smell is still strong, I assume it is due to the internals not being sealed correctly. I’m looking for someone to seal + paint the internal wardrobe and bed drawers.

I am having my kitchen worktops replaced with quartz worktops, and in order to do so, the kitchen units need levelling, and some need securing to the wall. The worktop company have just come out with their laser measure to say they cannot measure/fit the worktops as they are at the moment. Kitchen units are an L shape approx 3m x 3m and utility units is one length of 3m. There is some front to back slope and some lengthway slope also. I’m desperate to not have to replace the units, but they need levelling to be within 3mm of level left to right. Laser level likely needed. Let me know if you can help!

*** Amending job*** (1) Put screws in stair threads to help prevent the squeaking. There are 35 stairs but not all squeak. Note there is carpet down which will need to be pulled away and put back roughly. New carpet being laid soon, so only needs to be put back so safe, fine to cut it etc. (2) Knock-down a small built-in wardrobe and put in new skirting. Make wall, floor and edges etc good but no painting required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 15 October 2023

I have a built in microwave which has been glitching for a while and now has properly given up. I need someone to take it out, buy one that fits and then install it. Garden decking repair Door repair with minor touch Repaint Basic other minor things before new tenants move in Exact details as requested are as follows: Happy to negotiate the price further. 1. Decking in garden - floorboards are wobbly/sticking up, wood is rotting in some places. 2. The wood on the bifold doors from the 2nd bedroom/office could do with treating to prevent decay. 3. There is some mould in the bathroom above the shower and window. 4. The dishwasher cabinet cover in the kitchen is peeling off. 5. The front bedroom windows have some paint stains and could do with some attention. There's also one window that is not frosted though I think we should be able to sort that ourselves. 6. The gate in the garden could do with a lock that can be accessed from both sides. Also the wood on the gate is decaying so may be worth considering replacing the gate. 7. I have an MDF panel that is approx 1220mm wide and 1830mm tall that needs to be cut down the centre vertically into two pieces. You will need a skill saw, straight edge, clamps and two saw horses to put the panel on. We have a parking lot on site for access - Due date: Before Wednesday, 20 July 2022
