Section of skirting board in en suite bathrroom (approx 55cm) have come away/ warped slightly due to water damage. Need them to be removed replaced. There is sealant on them at present but I'm getting the rest of the flat re-sealed so this doesn't need to be resealed necesarily i would say. I don't have the replacment skirting boards let but have found somewhere i can get them from. Area is around 55cm and has several corners

Hi i am regarding about my metal shed which is leaking as water goes inside. I am really fustrated i spent lot of money installing the shed and flooring slabs for the base. I am really unsure where, is it the builders fault for not assembling it properly or does metal shed normally leak? I have tried using silicone in the roof and the gaps but still water goes inside the shed. I am looking for somone who has experince in shed or have a sulution for me. I am looking for good reasonable price since i spent a lot in the shed and base. I want to know is there any other way protecting the shed from leaking. Please help me Thanks
