12x12 shed has sections of rotten wood on floor and lower wall down left side of shed only. Needs those sections cut out and replaced. Also probably needs cement added to sections of the base it stands on.

I am looking for someone who can lay a patio, I already have about 64 patio slabs (may need to buy some extra but happy to do this if there is not enough to cover the area). The job will be to cover an area of about 4m x 4m but this is a rough estimate. I suspect additional material like stone and base materials will also need to be purchased to do the job properly and I happy to pay for these as extra. The price set out is just how much I am willing to pay for labour.
