The cupboard hiding my boiler has been built wrong. I need the kitchen cupboards moved and some sort of housing built to hide the boiler but allow it still to be accessible for plumber.

I have a Costco cedar wood playhouse that needs to be dismantled in barking and reinstalled in Walthamstow. On reinstallation the play house wood needs to be sanded and painted. I have the wood stain paint. The screws on this play house are square tips and there are also nuts and bolts. Once dismantled the park will be delivered to my new home myself. I just need a competent carpenter to do the dismantling and reassembling with sanding and staining as they reassemble. I have a cordless sander and power tools if needed however I don’t have the square tip drill bit as seen in the pictures.
