The shelf is currently supported by a wooden strip base—one side appears to be screwed into the wall, the other possibly glued. What needs to be done: Carefully remove the existing wooden support strip (one side screwed, the other possibly glued). Reposition and reattach the strip higher up. Move the shelf to align with the new position and secure it. Minimal damage to wall and wood preferred. I’ve marked the current setup and intended position with green arrows in the attached image. Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools and experience. Looking for economical offers. Please bring your own tools.
