I have a re-purposed bus seat that I'm looking to use (mine is the chequerboard one shown in the images). Currently, the seat isn't stable so I'm looking for a carpenter (or someone with woodworking skills) to add two sections of wood to each side underneath the feet ensure it's stable enough to use - like the attached image of the burgundy seat. A piece of woods which holds the spring which then supports the seat filing has come off. The frame itself and all wood components are intact but we are unable to reattach the piece of wood as the spring is pulling back too strongly. We need someone with the right tools (which might be a nail gun or a drill) and nails to reattach the wood piece to the main frame or design some other way to support the seat cushion.
